Payments & delivery

Clear rules before you buy or bid.

Whether you win an auction or order a listed item directly, these are the rules that guide payment timing, collection, dispatch, and final handover.

Fixed-price purchases

  • Fixed-price items can be added to cart and checked out through the selected payment route shown at checkout.
  • Stock is only secured once payment has been confirmed successfully and the order has been accepted.
  • If stock cannot be fulfilled after checkout, the order may be cancelled and any approved refund handled through the relevant payment process.

Auction winners

  • The highest valid bid at closing will usually be treated as the winner unless a reserve, verification review, or admin intervention applies.
  • The standard payment window for auction winners is 12 hours unless the listing states otherwise.
  • If payment is not made on time, the account may be flagged and the item may be offered to the next eligible bidder or relisted.

Payment methods

  • Card payments may be handled through Yoco or another approved payment partner selected by the business.
  • Some items may allow a deposit structure or another staged payment arrangement where the listing or checkout specifically allows it.
  • Payment references and order confirmations should be kept until the order is complete.

Collection

  • Collection is available from 394 Tara Road, Bluff, Durban, unless another point is confirmed in writing.
  • Customers may be asked to provide an order number, contact number, proof of payment, or other reasonable verification before handover.
  • Collection deadlines may apply where stock needs to be cleared or held for a limited time.

Delivery

  • Delivery may be offered on qualifying orders, but delivery costs can be confirmed separately after the order is reviewed.
  • Dispatch timelines may depend on stock checks, address confirmation, payment clearance, and courier availability.
  • Risk may pass on handover to the courier or on delivery depending on the final arrangement and applicable law.

Uncollected or unpaid orders

  • Orders that remain unpaid or uncollected beyond the agreed deadline may be cancelled.
  • Where the law permits, the business may deduct reasonable direct costs already incurred before processing a reversal or relisting the item.
  • Repeated abuse of payment or collection rules may lead to account restrictions.
